- Bean & The Scent Clover
Artist Statement: Canadian transplant living in Seattle. I put on my MP3 device and strap on my camera and go a strolling around the city. Being a single dad I like to go shoot with my two teenage daughters, it's great fun and they help me see things that I miss. I usually have no idea what is going to strike my fancy, but so far it is working out. I still have so much to learn about photography and I am quite enchanted with the art.
Larry’s work accompanies the following pieces:
- Crude Distance Between Lovers
- The Georgia Haiku
Larry Nicosia [larrynicosiaphoto.etsy.com]
Artist Statement: My love for photography was inspired by my cool uncle Eddie, who was an avid amateur photographer. He must have seen some sort of spark in me so on my twelfth birthday he gave me a black and white film developing kit. And so my journey began. In High School I took pictures of the school plays. At nineteen I was in Viet Nam and shooting film as I was being shot at. Since then the camera has never left my side. And so my journey continues.
In addition to being featured as the art for the front cover, Larry’s work accompanies the following piece:
- Third Grade Lover
